About the role#
This position focuses on providing client-centered service and sales support within a branch environment. You will act as an ambassador for the bank, helping clients with everyday banking needs, demonstrating digital tools, and collaborating with internal partners to support client financial goals.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and the community to identify banking needs and referral opportunities.
- Focus on client education by demonstrating digital banking tools to improve the client experience.
- Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
- Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs and resolve banking problems.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to maximize business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated passion for prioritizing client needs and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Digital literacy across various devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
- Pursuing or holding studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Communications.
- Availability to work all business hours.
