About the role#
This position focuses on providing client-centered advice and problem-solving to assist with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. As an ambassador for the bank, you will add value during client interactions and collaborate with internal partners to help clients achieve their financial goals.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify business opportunities.
- Focus on client education by leveraging technology to improve the service experience and retain business.
- Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
What you'll need#
- Mutual Funds accreditation, such as the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on putting clients first.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Flexibility, a drive to succeed, and an eagerness to learn.
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
