About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on the PAG Desk within the Wealth Management division, supporting the team in daily operations and investment analysis.
What you'll do#
- Draft morning and mid-day newsletters and assist with conference calls to communicate with advisors.
- Triage incoming inquiries from advisors and provide responses using tools such as Bloomberg and FactSet.
- Assist in managing the portfolio review process.
- Curate research regarding investment strategy, markets, and equities.
- Prepare and deliver a stock pitch to the broader team.
- Identify opportunities to improve, refine, and automate desk processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Economics, or Business Administration program.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- A genuine interest in learning about equities and fixed income investments.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Bonus qualifications include French language skills, coding experience (Python, VBA, SQL), or familiarity with platforms like Tableau, R, FactSet, and Bloomberg.
