2026 Fall - ECCO, EPMO Business Analyst Intern (4 Months)

About the role#

This is a 4-month Business Analyst internship within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You will support the establishment of the EPMO by conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of project management processes and tools. This role offers exposure to strategic planning and project management within a large-scale financial environment.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to the development of the Enterprise Project Management Life Cycle Procedure.
• Assist in documenting and refining EPMO processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Project Management Offices and stakeholders to gather feedback and develop process improvement recommendations.
• Create monthly EPMO newsletters and ad-hoc communications.
• Develop and manage content for the EPMO Connect site.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support EPMO initiatives.
• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and learning sessions.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, with a preference for Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• A growth mindset and the ability to promote new methods and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau.
