About the role#
As an FP&A Intern, you will work with the Finance team to solve business challenges that shape the future of a global technology company. You will be paired with a mentor and an FP&A manager to develop your skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making. Throughout the summer, you will build a portfolio of accomplishments and present your recommendations to Finance leadership and the CFO.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial Sales, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Service.
- Contribute to high-impact projects and engage directly with senior leaders.
- Discover how finance drives business strategy.
- Analyze data to identify trends and communicate actionable recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing.
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A professional, motivated, and driven mindset.
