About the role#
As an FP&A intern, you will work with the Tektronix Finance team to solve business challenges. You will be paired with a mentor and an FP&A manager to develop your skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making. You will gain exposure to areas including Commercial Sales, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Service. This program is a pathway to full-time opportunities, including our Finance rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
- Engage with senior leaders across the organization.
- Present your recommendations and project outcomes to Finance leadership and the CFO.
- Build a portfolio of accomplishments throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing.
- Experience analyzing data and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional, motivated, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to ask questions and engage with stakeholders.
