About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to learn about IT operations, customer support, and technical problem-solving within a professional construction environment. You will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while contributing to real projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with first-tier Helpdesk support under supervision.
- Install and configure approved applications for end-users.
- Support laptop imaging and setup processes.
- Assist in updating documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Learn to work with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other applications.
- Participate in special projects and other IT-related tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Information Technology field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly.

- Compensation: $24 per hour.
