About the role#
Qorvo is hiring a Research Scientist Intern for our High Performance Analog business group. This position provides hands-on experience within a collaborative team environment. You will work on specific projects based on current business needs.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of semiconductor and heterogeneous microelectronics assembly processes.
- Perform failure analysis on components.
- Generate and analyze project data.
- Document your findings and present results to the project team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited PhD program.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Material Sciences.
- Hands-on process development skills.
- Strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.

- Location: Richardson, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $31 to $42 per hour.
