About the role#
Qorvo is looking for a Product Engineer D&A Intern to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This role focuses on data analysis and reporting for semiconductor technologies. You will work with various internal groups to support product performance and manufacturing goals.
What you'll do#
- Analyze product performance data across various semiconductor technologies.
- Evaluate wafer and packaged level yields to help the team meet performance targets.
- Lead efforts to improve yield and solve manufacturing problems.
- Create test plans for both prototype and production electrical testing.
- Work alongside Design, Fab, Test, Applications, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS (Junior or Senior), MS, or PhD program in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Coursework in semiconductor theory is preferred.
- Experience or coursework in Analog/RF circuit design is highly desired.

- This position is based on-site in Richardson, Texas.
- This is a full-time internship role.
