About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within a team that provides independent assessments to help clients maintain transparency and regulatory compliance. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to financial statement audits while you learn our methodologies and build your professional foundation.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams during financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure they meet accounting standards.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends.
- Document audit processes and findings to keep records organized.
- Learn and apply GAAP and GAAS in your daily tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor financial trends and assess risk.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis skills to assist the audit process.
- Observe experienced auditors to understand client interactions and audit practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0, though a 3.5 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment before starting full-time.

Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The role is paid, with a salary range of $29.25 to $48.00 per hour depending on qualifications and location.
