About the role#
Public Outreach is hiring fundraisers to join our team in Denver. You will represent major nonprofit organizations focused on humanitarian aid, human rights, and social impact. This is an active, public-facing role that involves speaking with members of the public to build support for important causes. We offer paid training and ongoing coaching to help you develop skills in communication and leadership.
What you'll do#
- Start conversations with people you have never met.
- Learn about the nonprofit campaign you are representing.
- Share stories and explain why the issue matters.
- Listen, answer questions, and build connections.
- Ask people directly to become recurring monthly donors.
- Work alongside a supportive fundraising team.
- Practice your approach and receive regular coaching.
- Work toward clear fundraising goals.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Comfortable working outdoors, standing, and walking for much of your shift.
- Comfortable starting conversations with members of the public.
- Comfortable with both street and door-to-door fundraising.
- Ability to communicate confidently in English.
- Comfortable receiving coaching and working toward fundraising goals.

- Compensation: $20 per hour with additional bonus opportunities.
