About the role#
This is an 8-week internship program for Summer 2027 based in Oklahoma City. You will work with the Central Oklahoma Lending and Credit teams to observe and review credit and financial reports. The role involves working closely with lenders, portfolio managers, and management to monitor the existing loan portfolio and assist with new client development.
What you'll do#
- Spread and analyze commercial financial statements for new and existing customers.
- Assist with the financial analysis and underwriting of loan packages, including preparing charts and narratives on capitalization, historical and projected statements, financial covenants, stress testing, and collateral valuation.
- Conduct diligence for customers regarding business descriptions, industry analysis, and credit risk factors.
- Review loan request packages, including loan structuring, collateral and guarantor analysis, and Global Debt Service Coverage calculations.
- Obtain and analyze materials to evaluate collateral value.
- Participate in department rotations and shadowing opportunities.
- Complete a final summer project centered on a loan presentation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions at once and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify risks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (NW Expressway banking center).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
