About the role#
This is a hands-on internship where you will join the UX Research team to help build a product that fans love. You will work alongside senior researchers to gain exposure to the entire research process, from initial planning to final presentation. This role offers the chance to contribute to real studies that improve the user experience for our platform.
What you'll do#
- Partner directly with the UX Research team and observe senior researchers in their daily work.
- Participate in end-to-end research studies and identify new research opportunities.
- Assist in creating key study materials, including research plans and discussion guides.
- Conduct usability testing and in-depth user interviews.
- Organize, analyze, and interpret qualitative data.
- Prepare and present research findings to product, design, and other partners.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student.
- Prior internships related to UX Research.
- Basic familiarity with UX research processes and qualitative methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, challenge yourself, and accept feedback.
- A passion for discovering and solving real-world user-experience issues.
- Preferred background in Psychology.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position located in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The internship term is Winter 2027.
- We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
