About the role#
This paid internship offers the chance to work directly with the Product Analytics team in Atlanta. You will move beyond simple dashboards to drive strategy, inform product decisions, and shape the user experience for millions of sports fans.
What you'll do#
- Optimize the user journey by analyzing onboarding, promos, and payment funnels to find improvement opportunities.
- Design and evaluate A/B/A/Bn tests and write reports to guide product strategy.
- Build dashboards to monitor adoption, retention, and key performance indicators.
- Triage data anomalies and partner with Engineering to fix instrumentation issues.
What you'll need#
- Proven SQL skills, including experience with complex joins, window functions, and aggregations.
- A foundation in statistics, specifically hypotheses, variance, and confidence intervals.
- Familiarity with experimentation concepts.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and a strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
- A portfolio project to demonstrate your capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sports.
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
