About the role#
We are looking for a Fire Protection Engineering Intern to join our professional design team. You will support our engineers on projects across the industrial, Department of Defense, and commercial sectors. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with fire protection building systems from concept planning through construction documentation.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with fire protection engineers on project tasks.
- Learn to use Revit and AutoCAD to visualize building designs in three dimensions.
- Assist with ongoing project requirements.
- Gain practical experience with fire protection building systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABET-accredited university pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture.
- Completion of at least two years of coursework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A creative, adaptive, and flexible approach to your work.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is highly preferred.

- This is an on-site position located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- This is a rolling term position.
