About the role#
We are looking for a Payroll Intern to join our team in Phoenix. This role supports the payroll department with administrative tasks and data management. You will work on-site and assist with various initiatives to ensure accurate payroll processing.
What you'll do#
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic files.
- Update and manage data within Excel spreadsheets.
- Provide data entry support for the payroll team.
- Help managers with timecard corrections and approvals.
- Research payroll issues as they arise.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A high school diploma or GED.

- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
