About the role#
As a Human Resources intern at Pharmascience, you will work with the HR Business Partner team. You will contribute to projects that impact employee experience and HR operations. This role focuses on modernizing processes and developing your skills in project management and analysis.
What you'll do#
- Take part in optimization projects to improve HR operations and the experience of internal partners.
- Analyze and document current HR processes to support continuous improvement.
- Recommend solutions to simplify, standardize, or automate daily activities.
- Develop and update HR tools, procedures, guides, and other reference documents.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations.
- Strong interest in organizational transformation, operational efficiency, and employee relations.
- Ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken.
- Ability to build professional relationships and work well within a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a high level of autonomy.
