About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship focused on accounts payable. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside our current accounting team. You are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
What you'll do#
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
- Review vendor creation processes.
- Conduct three-way match reviews.
- Complete other accounting projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Accounting, with an anticipated graduation date between September 2026 and December 2026.
- Alternatively, you may have recently obtained a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to clarify assignments, manage priorities, and communicate clearly.
