About the role#
As a Creative Services Intern, you will support our marketing team by producing video content, managing website updates, and designing various marketing materials. This position offers a chance to work on projects across digital, print, and social media channels while learning how a financial institution maintains its brand and digital presence.
What you'll do#
- Assist with all phases of video production, from concept development and filming to motion graphics and final asset preparation.
- Edit video content for social media, our website, and internal communications.
- Maintain website content by updating pages, editing copy, and publishing digital assets using our content management system.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure website content remains accurate, functional, and accessible.
- Create marketing materials for print, email, social media, and internal channels.
- Research emerging trends in social media and video formats to recommend new creative concepts.
- Organize and maintain the digital media library, including photography and project files.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, or a related field.
- A portfolio or previous experience through coursework, internships, or freelance work in video production, web design, or graphic design.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on detail.
- A willingness to learn new creative technologies and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, content management systems, or Canva is a plus.
