About the role#
PaxeraHealth is hiring a Sales Intern to join our team in Newton, Massachusetts. This role supports our sales department as we manage medical imaging software for radiologists and clinicians. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting with administrative tasks and direct client outreach. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide general administrative support to the internal sales team.
- Communicate with clients to answer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Make sales support calls to current and prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer lists to ensure data accuracy.
- Submit weekly reports on call progress and sales activity.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate BS degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with solid Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Ability to respond quickly to client emails and questions.
- Prior customer service or marketing experience is preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
