About the role#
The West Region Rotational Internship offers students a chance to explore banking operations at Park National Bank. You will spend time across several departments including Retail, Commercial, Wealth Management, and Mortgage Lending. This role is designed to help you understand how our bank functions while you build professional relationships.
What you'll do#
- Learn the history, culture, and brand of Park National Bank.
- Develop an understanding of department processes, procedures, and performance standards.
- Contribute to daily tasks and specific projects within your assigned department.
- Present your project results to the relevant teams or leadership.
- Network with associates, managers, and executives.
- Complete all required training sessions.
- Participate in performance reviews at the end of your term and share feedback on your experience.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This internship is based on-site in Springfield, Ohio, and Piqua, Ohio.
- This is a part-time, paid position.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
