About the role#
The Panera Internship Program is a 10-week summer opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience at our Support Center. You will work within a specific function, such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance, while contributing to actual business priorities. This program serves as a pipeline for our Starter Leadership Development Program and other future corporate roles.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to day-to-day business tasks within your assigned department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
- Develop insights and recommendations that support our company objectives.
- Complete a case study project with an Executive Sponsor and present your findings to senior leaders at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university with an expected graduation date in Summer 2028.
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the 10-week program.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Finance.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- This internship is based in Newton, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work schedule.
- The program runs for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
