Overhead Solutions Group is seeking a Business Administration Intern to support internal operations, human resources systems, and task management processes. This role provides hands-on experience in the daily operations of a growing accounting and consulting firm, with the potential to transition into a full-time position after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with onboarding new team members and managing personnel records in BambooHR.
- Track time-off records, employee updates, and performance review schedules.
- Set up tasks and projects in the Canopy workflow system.
- Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up with team members on outstanding assignments.
- Assist with internal meetings, scheduling, and general office communications.
- Support special projects related to HR, operations, and administrative systems.
- Maintain office supplies and organize internal files and resources.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail.
- Willingness to learn internal systems such as BambooHR and Canopy.
- Proactive communication skills and the ability to follow up on tasks effectively.
