About the role#
We are looking for a culinary product development intern to join our innovation team. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on a specific project assigned at the start of the program while supporting the broader culinary team with daily operations. You will gain insight into food formation and work across different business units within the company.
What you'll do#
- Manage a primary project and present your findings to the corporate management team at the end of your internship.
- Co-develop food formulations and recipes.
- Research culinary trends and insights to support customer projects.
- Assist with the ordering, receiving, and inventory management of kitchen supplies.
- Support customer presentations.
- Summarize daily activities and handle data entry.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited culinary school, food science program, or dietarian program.
- Previous culinary cooking experience and a genuine interest in cooking.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Aurora, Illinois.
