About the role#
As a Treasury Intern, you will support daily treasury management activities at our Oshkosh facility. This is a year-round, on-site position. You will work 20 hours per week during the school year and full-time during breaks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily treasury operations, including running reports and inputting transactions.
- Perform daily reconciliation of banking activities and cash applied.
- Support the month end close process and journal entries.
- Assist with SARBOX and quarterly compliance requirements.
- Monitor and track key treasury operational benchmarks.
- Help implement new treasury systems and procedures.
- Maintain department files and handle special assignments.
- Plan and prioritize your daily work activities.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore standing or greater working toward a bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Graduation date on or after May 2029.
- Ability to work on-site in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, year-round.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preferred: Prior experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
- Preferred: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
