About the role#
As an ERP Intern, you will join the Digital Technology (DT) team at Oshkosh Corporation for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside professionals across various functions, including systems development, business analysis, project management, and cyber security. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Frederick, Maryland.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily support to your assigned DT department.
- Help identify, analyze, and apply IT business practices to support strategic plans.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and integration of technology.
- Assist in the implementation of information technology and business processes.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Complete tasks according to established project plans and schedules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
- A general understanding of IT concepts.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows XP, Linux, or other relevant tools is a plus.
- Prior internship experience in the Global DT field is a plus.
