About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations. You will work on projects that support site operations, workforce planning, and process improvement. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support site operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify process improvements.
- Support headcount planning and workforce modeling through data insights and trend analysis.
- Assist with parts management, including inventory tracking and reporting.
- Create training enablement tools, metrics, and reporting for workforce development.
- Support budget planning through data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Build reporting solutions to identify operational challenges and measure performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple departments on business and operational development projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience using SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
