About the role#
This is a general talent pool for our 2027 Summer Internship program. By applying here, you will be considered for various internship openings across multiple departments at Olympic Steel. What you'll do#
- Provide general administrative support to your assigned department.
- Assist with specific project tasks.
- Shadow team members to learn operational processes and workflows.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.
- Handle data entry, documentation, and basic reporting.
- Take on other duties as needed to support department goals.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- You demonstrate strong basic problem-solving abilities and can process information quickly.
- You pay excellent attention to detail and maintain a commitment to quality and professionalism.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You can manage multiple tasks at once.
- Prior related work experience or community service involvement is preferred.

- This is a full-time, on-site, and paid position.
