About the role#
Olsson is hiring two student interns for the Summer 2027 term. You will join our Landscape Architecture team to work on projects from their initial vision through to implementation. This role offers hands-on experience across all phases of the design process, including concept generation, design development, and construction documentation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with concept generation and design development.
- Produce 3D visualizations and construction documentation.
- Use Sketchup, CAD, and other graphic software to prepare master plans.
- Collaborate with team members on project implementation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in landscape architecture.
- Strong design and graphic skills.
- Proficiency in sketching, rendering, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, and CAD.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Prior experience with construction documentation is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- Positions are available in Kansas City, Missouri, and Lincoln, Nebraska.
- This role is on-site.
- We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
