Enterprise Strategy (CEO’s Office), MBA Intern

About the role#

This MBA internship within the CEO’s Office focuses on enterprise-wide strategy at OLG. You will work on research and analysis across gaming, lottery, and land-based gaming sectors, contributing to high-level decisions presented to the C-Suite and leadership team. This role requires a collaborative, agile mindset and an interest in public-sector strategy.

What you'll do#

• Support strategic analysis and recommendations through hypothesis-led problem framing, research, and analytics.
• Conduct financial modeling, scenario planning, and market sizing to identify high-impact business opportunities.
• Create executive-level presentations and insights to inform leadership decision-making.
• Contribute to corporate planning processes, including annual business plans and Quarterly Business Discussions.
• Champion cross-functional strategic initiatives by deploying data-driven solutions.
• Prepare strategic briefings and engage with government and regulatory partners.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an MBA program.
• Understanding of strategy development, financial modeling, and corporate planning.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with business concepts such as market sizing, benchmarking, and business metrics.
