Digital Strategy and Innovation Student

About the role#

The Digital Strategy and Innovation Student will support the iCasino and iLottery teams by performing research and analysis on lottery products, retail channels, and operations. This role involves contributing to divisional and enterprise initiatives, with the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including the C-Suite and VPs.

What you'll do#

• Analyze internal and external data to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement innovative analytical or research solutions.
• Create engaging presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development and optimization of business strategies, campaigns, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Contribute to meaningful projects while receiving mentorship and support from the team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an MBA.
• Understanding of strategy development, financial modelling, and corporate planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Familiarity with Alteryx is considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.

• Term: Fall 2026 (September – December 2026).
• Modality: Full-time, on-site.
• Locations: Toronto, Ontario or Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
• Compensation: Paid position ($18.50 - $28.50 per hour).
