As an MBA Intern for Digital Product Integration & Strategy, you will support the growth of OLG’s digital business and brands. Reporting to the Digital Product Integration & Strategy Lead, you will contribute to strategy development, product innovation, player management, and the delivery of marketing initiatives while working in an agile environment.
What you'll do#
- Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement innovative analytical solutions.
- Create engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and optimize customer-facing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to solve challenging problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus on Business Administration or Marketing.
- Understanding of core business concepts such as market sizing and business metrics.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics relevant to digital and iGaming.
- Experience with digital direct-to-consumer products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for structured and unstructured problem-solving and quantitative analysis.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: This position is fully on-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September – December 2026).
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship.
