Customer Care Learning Experience Student

About the role#

The Customer Care Learning Experience Student will support the team in driving operational excellence through training, process improvement, and analytics. This role focuses on modernizing training delivery and ensuring consistency and innovation in learning materials.

What you'll do#

• Assist with curriculum design and the updating of training modules.
• Create or revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and micro-learning content.
• Conduct learning needs analysis in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts.
• Develop visual learning assets, including flowcharts, diagrams, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support training logistics, scheduling, and post-session evaluations.
• Prepare materials for knowledge base migration and data clean-up.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program with a focus on Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Communications, Digital Media, Human Resources, Technical Writing, or Business.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and D365.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• An aptitude for learning on the job.

• Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (September – December 2026).
• Employment Type: Full-time, paid student position.
