Business Analyst Student

About the role#

This is a full-time student position for the Fall 2026 term (September – December). Reporting to the Sr Digital Business Analysis Manager, you will join the Deployable User Acceptance Testing Team to support the planning and execution of business requirements.

What you'll do#

• Develop an understanding of business processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, change management, and post-implementation tasks.
• Assist in identifying the technology, expertise, and stakeholders needed to meet acceptance criteria.
• Conduct manual test cases across various products and solutions as part of a team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and vendors.
• Support business deliverables, including user stories, test plans, and test reports.
• Work collaboratively within an agile environment.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program focused on business administration, computer science, finance, or marketing.
• A strong interest in analysis, including data collection and cleaning.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a versatile team.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada.
• Work Modality: This position is required to work fully on-site.
• Term: Fall 2026 (September – December 2026).
• Compensation: $18.50 - $28.50 per hour.
