About the role#
This is a part-time Nurse Intern position within the NICU department at Odessa Regional Medical Center. You will work on-site in a clinical setting to gain hands-on experience while completing your nursing education.
What you'll do#
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Perform various patient care tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Complete assigned duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse within your scope of practice.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current employee of the hospital.
- You are currently enrolled in an accredited nursing school and meeting all program requirements.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- No prior experience is necessary for this role.
