About the role#
The Market Intelligence Intern supports the monitoring and analysis of energy market dynamics. You will help the team understand regulatory, legislative, and technical shifts to inform project development and business strategy at OCI Energy.
What you'll do#
- Track energy market trends and surveillance data.
- Analyze market information to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Monitor regulatory changes and legislative actions affecting the renewable energy sector.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to share findings and suggest strategic actions.
- Provide analytical support to help guide project development planning.
- Conduct research on specific topics to assist with internal decision making.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Engineering, Political Science, Statistics, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous exposure to market intelligence or analytics roles.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office programs.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the renewable energy industry.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in San Antonio, Texas.
- The position is on-site and follows a rolling term.
