About the role#
The Sales Internship Program is a rotational experience designed to provide exposure to dealership operations. Interns work across three core areas: Sales, Finance and Insurance, and Sales Management. You will work alongside dealership leaders and team members to develop professional communication, leadership, and operational skills.
What you'll do#
- Assist with customer communication, vehicle presentations, test drives, and deliveries.
- Learn dealership CRM systems and customer follow-up processes.
- Support inventory merchandising through photos, videos, and lot organization.
- Learn how automotive financing and lender approvals work.
- Assist with organizing deal paperwork and funding processes.
- Participate in roleplay exercises and presentation training.
- Track sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Shadow leadership during customer interactions and coaching conversations.
- Help maintain performance boards and sales logs.
What you'll need#
- Current college student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
