Business Operations Intern

About the role#

The Business Operations Intern will support marketing and business development initiatives at NXP Semiconductors. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, research, and data-driven analysis to support business growth.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to marketing activities through research, content coordination, reporting, and project follow-up.
• Assist with campaign execution, market analysis, and the preparation of both internal and customer-facing materials.
• Collect and organize data to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support launches, events, communications, and planning activities.
• Contribute to messaging and teamwork initiatives focused on business growth.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience through previous internships, projects, student organizations, or marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Excel, presentation software, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A demonstrated interest in market research, content creation, customer engagement, and business development.
