Strategic Planning at Northwell Health manages external assessments to support organizational growth and community health initiatives. This role involves administrative staff work to support research and review projects focused on hospital policies, procedures, and departmental operations.
What you'll do#
- Collect and prepare data relevant to departmental projects.
- Assist in studies to evaluate the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of hospital operations, policies, and procedures.
- Support management in the facilitation of new programs and procedures.
- Perform related administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate student in Health Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, Coding, or Business.
- Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Lake Success, New York.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June through August).
- Modality: Hybrid, full-time (37.5 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
