About the role#
This internship supports the Organization and Talent Effectiveness team in aligning business goals with talent strategies. You will assist with research and review projects focused on hospital operations, policies, and procedures through workforce planning and organizational development services.
What you'll do#
- Collect and prepare data to support departmental initiatives.
- Assist in studies designed to evaluate the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of hospital operations and procedures.
- Support management in the facilitation of new programs and procedures.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate program majoring in IO Psychology, Finance, Data Science, or Human Resources.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

- Location: Lake Success, New York.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June through August).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Note: This position is unpaid and does not offer stipends for travel, lodging, or meals.
