About the role#
The Marketing & Communications Intern supports the department by performing administrative work for research and review projects. This role focuses on analyzing hospital policies, procedures, and departmental operations to support brand growth and engagement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collect and prepare data relevant to departmental projects.
- Assist in studies to evaluate the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of hospital operations and policies.
- Support management in the facilitation of new programs and procedures.
- Perform additional related administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in a bachelor's degree program, specifically in business, marketing, communications, art studio, or a related field.
- Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Lake Success, New York (Hybrid schedule).
- Term: Summer 2026 (June through August).
- Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
