This HR Rotational Internship involves performing administrative staff work to support research and review projects centered on hospital policies, procedures, and department operations. This is a full-time, unpaid position.
What you'll do#
- Collect and prepare data relevant to departmental work.
- Assist in studies to evaluate the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of hospital operations, policies, and procedures.
- Support management in the facilitation of new programs and procedures.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program, preferably majoring in Political Science or Psychology with an expected graduation date in 2027.
- Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

- Location: Lake Success, New York.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June through August).
