This is a full-time, paid HR internship based in Lake Success, New York. You will support research and review projects focused on hospital operations, policies, and procedures to help empower staff and improve service delivery.
What you'll do#
- Collect and prepare data relevant to departmental work.
- Assist in studies to evaluate the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of hospital operations and procedures.
- Support management in the facilitation of new programs and initiatives.
- Perform additional related administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate senior or graduate student in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

- Location: Lake Success, NY.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June through August).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week.
