About the role#
Join our Global Infrastructure team to gain hands-on experience supporting the technologies that power a modern global enterprise. You will work alongside IT professionals on projects involving cloud platforms, network infrastructure, servers, storage, and endpoint management. This role focuses on building foundational skills through practical work on systems that support our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with infrastructure operations across multiple technology domains.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support projects related to cloud, server, storage, and network systems.
- Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams on automation and technology modernization initiatives.
- Analyze system performance to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in IT operations and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a team, and communicate effectively.
- Exposure to scripting, operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies is a plus.
