Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role#

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Nextech Systems People & Culture team with various screening, sourcing, branding, and administrative tasks. This is a paid, part-time summer internship focused on gaining experience in the medical software industry.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate candidate interview schedules and itineraries.
• Review resumes and select qualified candidates for further screening.
• Assist with sourcing, talent attraction, and branding activities.
• Support post-offer and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

What you'll need#

• A professional demeanor and communication style.
• Ability to manage time and balance priorities to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to review information and make decisions based on established criteria.
• Interest in the human resources or talent acquisition field.
• Availability for a part-time internship (20–25 hours per week) for the 12-week duration.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
