About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Nextech Systems People & Culture team with various screening, sourcing, branding, and administrative tasks. This is a paid, part-time summer internship focused on gaining experience in the medical software industry.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate candidate interview schedules and itineraries.
- Review resumes and select qualified candidates for further screening.
- Assist with sourcing, talent attraction, and branding activities.
- Support post-offer and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
What you'll need#
- A professional demeanor and communication style.
- Ability to manage time and balance priorities to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to review information and make decisions based on established criteria.
- Interest in the human resources or talent acquisition field.
- Availability for a part-time internship (20–25 hours per week) for the 12-week duration.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
