The Support Operations Intern partners with Support Leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role focuses on support leadership, operations, analytics, and the practical application of AI in support workflows, rather than frontline case handling. You will gain exposure to how escalations, product feedback, and operational insights flow between Support, Product, Implementation, and Development teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist Support leaders with research, documentation, and preparation for meetings and initiatives.
- Support backlog grooming, initiative tracking, and follow-ups for cross-functional projects.
- Document processes, workflows, and improvement opportunities across the support organization.
- Investigate and evaluate AI-enabled tools or use cases to improve operational efficiency, reporting, or leadership workflows.
- Assist in piloting or documenting AI-assisted workflows, ensuring outputs are accurate and aligned with support goals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Communications, or Health Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in Business Operations, Sales, or Finance.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2026 (June 2nd through August 7th).
- Work Modality: Remote within the United States.
- Commitment: Full-time (up to 28 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
