Product Development Program Management Intern (Summer 2026 Internship)

About the role#

Nextech Systems is offering a Product Development Program Management internship for Summer 2026. This paid, remote program provides early-career individuals with exposure to the medical software industry. The internship runs for 10-12 weeks, from June 2nd through August 7th, with a commitment of up to 28 hours per week.

What you'll do#

• Support product release management by tracking milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional readiness.
• Coordinate timelines, program plans, and communication across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to assist with delivery execution.
• Manage intake tracking, synthesize feedback, and report insights for early adopter and pilot programs.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff on operational initiatives, including process improvement, cadence management, and operational reporting.
• Prepare materials for leadership updates, product reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Maintain product documentation, trackers, and dashboards to support decision-making.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated interest in product development, program management, and technology organizations.

• This role is fully remote within the United States, excluding California.
• This is a paid internship position.
