About the role#
This fellowship offers Team USA, Olympic, or Paralympic athletes exposure to the sports-tech industry. You will work with our team to manage operations, support live events, and learn how we build and maintain websites for professional sports organizations. This is a part-time role of 15-20 hours per week, paid at $20 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on day-to-day management and content creation.
- Support live operations for WTGL and TGL by monitoring systems and triaging requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to help desk inquiries.
- Learn and apply SEO best practices, content strategy, and user-behavior analysis.
- Use a headless CMS to provide strategic recommendations for content authoring.
- Work across internal teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
What you'll need#
- Current or former recognition by the USOPC as a Team USA, Olympic, or Paralympic athlete.
- Availability during off-business hours.
- High school diploma, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks.
- Ability to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn about website analytics, live operations, and SEO.
Location & details#
- This position is 100% remote and requires you to be located in the USA.
- The term runs from October 5, 2026, to April 2, 2027.
