About the role#
Newell Brands offers a 12-week paid summer internship through our Career Acceleration and Mentorship Program (CAMP). You will work on-site, supporting supply chain operations within a global consumer goods company. Each intern is paired with a manager and mentor to guide their work and professional development. You will also lead a specific project from start to finish and present your results to a leadership panel at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support daily business operations and specific supply chain projects.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Assist with planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, transportation, or manufacturing tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and process improvements.
- Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Gain exposure to supply chain systems and operational processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Completed your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year of undergraduate studies.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and project management skills are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, on-site role.
- The program runs for 12 weeks from May 17 to August 6, 2027.
- Locations include Victorville, CA; Atlanta, GA; Gastonia, NC; Mogadore, OH; Fishers, IN; Maryville, TN; and Shelbyville, TN.
