About the role#
As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sales initiatives, customer relationships, and business growth within a global consumer goods company. You will participate in our Career Acceleration and Mentorship Program (CAMP) and receive guidance from a dedicated manager and mentor throughout the summer. This is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship program.
What you'll do#
- Support sales initiatives across a variety of customers, channels, and business segments.
- Assist with sales reporting, analysis, and the identification of growth opportunities.
- Support customer presentations, business reviews, and account planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer and business objectives.
- Assist with merchandising, promotional, marketing, or sales support initiatives.
- Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Lead a CAMP project from start to finish and present the final deliverables to a leadership panel.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Completed your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year of undergraduate studies.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to balance multiple assignments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for the full 12-week duration.
